Where it all began

Allcare have been in operation since December 2000 delivering care to people who wish to remain in their own homes. Wendy Beesley started the company, due to a lack of access to good quality home care in the local community. She worked in the care sector for in excess of 30 years, most of this time was spent working at a social services residential home that cared for elderly mentally ill.

Wendy gained many qualifications and awards for her contribution to the Social Care Sector.

Wendy and her Husband, Martin set up the business with the aim of filling the needs of local individuals who required care services within their own home, and in 2003 Martin left his job at a local school to come and manage all of the finances at Allcare Shropshire Ltd.

New Beginnings

Following Wendy’s sad passing in July 2022, her daughter-in-law, Alexandra Beesley took over as Registered Manager. Alex worked alongside Wendy for 15 years learning the company ethos and the role before she took it on. During this time she has reached Diploma Level 5 in Health and Social Care, many other qualifications and has gained awards for her various roles within the company.
